Online Food Hygeine Cert
« on: 19 July, 2018, 02:56:46 pm »
For a number of reasons (which I can't go into right now), I need to obtain a basic food hygiene certificate (also known as a level 2).

Does anyone have a recommendation for an online source? Online required for speed purposes.  Procurement have nixed the idea of us using HighSpeedTraining.

TIA

NCASS do online training - as their a trade body for the food service industry it's pretty decent training too.

ETA: I've done Level 2 through them.

I have asked a friend for a recommendation, she's an NVQ assessor and says she'll get back to me v. soon

Meanwhile, is the HighSpeedTraining course delivered on the Great Western or East Coast main line?

Well that's the more blunt way of putting it but as usual he's dead right.

MrsC and I did this one last year

MrsC used to work for part of Northern Foods and she said the course matched their in-house one quite well.
