If I do a 400k DIY would this count towards a SR.

Yes - I have an SR series from GPS by DIY - but DIY/Perm points can only count towards 50% of championship points.

...........and if you're considering riding Paris-Brest-Paris then your 2019 SR series must be from BRM events.
