...and I've not even packed.

I suspect this weekend will be more tiring than a 600.

Fortunately I am in much better condition for boozing than I am for riding, so this should be a lot less tiring for me than a 600.

Damon.

I suspect this weekend will be more tiring than a 600.

It will be for me.
After work tomorrow I'll go home for 2 hours, then off for the 150 mile ride up to York. Then the AGM and dinner. Then ride the 180 mile ride back on Sunday. I'll go a longer way on Sunday to avoid the busy roads which will be quiet in the small hours on the way up.
Back to work on Monday morning.

I s'pose I should pack soon.

I worry that 90% of my pannier space will be taken up with paper.

I had thought of getting one to ferry Monster round, but decided he wouldn't stay in it.

Looking forward to the red wine - I mean, looking around York.....
See you all there.

I've just passed Manotea heading north on the A605 near Oundle. Shame I was in the car and not riding.

Nice little place, this. Suits us down to the ground.

We seem to have a good turnout this year. Spot of dinner with Peter Marshall and Julian Dyson. Post-dinner PBP video, and lots of chats with lots of people.

While there is a bar here, it looks like a load sloped off to the pub for a few.

Just wish I didn't have to wait another 30 minutes for breakfast. I'm STARVING!

We had a good breakfast. Danial plied me with coffee.
Plumber is about to fix my hot tap.

It is marked CAUTION VERY HOT WATER
This means CAUTION VERY NOT WATER as I've only had a tiny trickle of tepid drips from it...

Live Feed?? Are you sure that's wise??

Surely you must have seen what AUKs do to the the usual edibles at controls....  ;)

The room is packed and stiflingly hot. The chair has just asked me to speak, which I must confess I'm really nervous about.

Here goes...
