A friend sent me someone's RR from the Se7ens list.  Seems he got up Hardknott.. bah.

I read the RR.

He had an 11..34 cassette!  Cheat!  ;D

Great rides too from Auks John Barkman (50th) and Martin Sladdyn both under 7 hours, and Simon Gent, 7hrs 16mins.

I'm hoping that progression will continue.  I'd like to be able to do an 8h 200.
