5700 miles in a year is good going, let alone in the first month of the year. I thought the weather might chomp out a few 100 miles, through enforced "easy" days, but didn't count on Steve's grit.

5364. I'm sticking with a buffer of 100 over the 87129 target for the month. Steve's schedule is 188.5 miles per day. And February is 3 days shorter.

But just to re-iterate... no bids after 20th of the month for which you are giving a mileage. OK?

Steve was 20.3348518% percent ahead of Tommy at the end of January. Applying the same factor to Tommy's February....

Reflecting fewer days in Feb but with extended distance. But a deduction as February often has rough weather for cyclists.

That is a portent.

My father's second car, a Vauxhall Victor, 1962 vintage, had a registration plate OO 5547.

I think it was the first car I ever drove. It had 3 forward gears and a gear stick on the steering column.

According to my schoolboy spreadsheet Steve is running at 189.6 average for the month to date, which would put him about 44 miles ahead of the 87129 target. Nobody else up for a guess for the monthly mileage?

I notice that, with 5 days to go in Feb, Steve's mileage is currently 4432. Given that he's knocking out 200 miles a day now, I reckon McShroom must be favourite this month.
