Trackleaders seems to think Steve did half a mile a little over an hour ago but declines to elaborate.  The ACH page remains resolutely blank.

191 miles including time off to visit the hospital?  Must have been a very short waiting list or did they recognise him as a VSP (Very Special Person) and actually keep to the appointed time.

Teethgrinder: Well, I've ridden a total of 200km so far.
Consultant: 200km eh? That's quite a lot for four weeks.
Teethgrinder: Er no, 200km this morning.
Consultant: ...
Teethgrinder: Are we going to be much longer. I've got another 120km to do this afternoon.
