He's heading back westwards today. Does anyone know if he has the forecast easterly wind? 54 miles done at 16mph according to Ivan, so I guess the answer is yes!

That's quite well organised.  Steve must have an official weather man on the team, as I'm sure he doesn't have time to be checking forecasts in detail.

Hmm, looking at the radar, it appears the the rain has just reached where Steve is now.  There's a lot of it coming and some of it looks extremely heavy.
I'm not expecting a long day.

157 on the tracker so far, which sounds a lot if he's actually swimming! It make a change to have dry and settled weather in the NW whilst it's raining to the S and E of us. I bet he throws an extra loop in at the end to boost the day's total.
