Title: One dead, two hurt
Post by: Steph on 29 October, 2017, 10:50:52 am
One dead, two hurt near Cowbridge.

Note the phrasing. I know damned well I am preaching to the choir here, but it is NEVER 'driver kills'. It is never 'driver arrested'.

'Cyclist died', not 'man was killed'.

"A crash involving a car", too.  They maybe be trying to avoid judgements in the absence of further data, but if the cyclist who was killed had been hurled fifty feet it'd probably read "cyclist collided" all the same.

Arrested for dangerous driving, and sounds like three cyclists hit. Something went on there, it looks like, apart from the usual SMIDSY.
