Summer time
« on: 30 March, 2008, 10:19:10 am »
Brighter evenings are upon us. Yippee.

I can't claim that I had noted the clocks were about to change. I have been in fact completely oblivious to it and as a result I missed this morning's club run.  ::)

How has it been for you so far? ;-)

I got up at about 6.30 old time and changed a clock or two. We have ¾ of the progeny here at the moment and they have yet to emerge.

My clock and alarm are radio controlled, but I had to set my watch.

My brother decided to 'blame' me for losing an hours sleep.  ;D

Our eldest son had just contacted his mum via messenger to ask what the time is. He doesn't know if his clocks have automatically adjusted themselves or not.  ::)

I need to ask whether we've chnaged time here as well... I think Argentina did before I arrived. Hum, I may be late for work on Monday otherwise!

But if Argentina has changed times, Frencie, it will be the other way because they are approaching their winter.

That's 2 hours late for work.

Given that my body clock doesn't recalibrate itself all that quickly, I'm hoping it's a good thing that I'm on late shift this week.  :-\

Dinner was quite late tonight.  ;D

I just about made it up for midday. The weather has been glorious here today and I sat outside enjoying a pint in the evening sun at the pub at 6 o'clock. I've had enough of the cold weather, bring on the summer :)

Indeed.  ;)

The time difference in (our) winter between most of Brazil/Argentina is only 2 hours. It is 4 hours now. They changed time before I arrived.
