It's been done before. Someone from Kent or Sussex will have seen it. Two riders, racing position, facing each other, rear one steers. The idea is that the back of the stoker (who is at the front) is a good aerodynamic shape. A certain Mr Seviour had a ride on one. RTTC immediately banned it.
