I've managed to nearly finish Boy Racer - and like Fuzzy and others I have enjoyed it.  Mainly due to the way he describes certain finishes in the book it has made me want to search for them on the www and to see them again, through his eyes.
In so doing I searched on him and found his site.

The video tab links to a cool video of him in which he shares a little personal information.  It also has some great training shots and a really funny ending.  For all Cav fans, worth a watch.

Mark Cavendish

After reading his book I am now 100% a fan.

Whoever wrote that book for him did a great job.  Who knows, perhaps he even wrote it himself ?  Whatever, he's a class act.

It's just struck me the similarity between this and a certain VP...

It's the sort of thing she'd do for a magazine shoot, too.  I wonder if they've ever met?

Cav is a great Jekyll and Hyde figure to me .....

Watching him at work is super-exciting but listening to him during interviews cures my insomnia!

I'm not sure if you are being ironic due to the IOM TT  ;D
He has spent so much time in Italy that I guess he has picked up a love for the Lambretta there?
