Hope you make a full recovery PDQ!

My ageing mother did this a few years ago and has done well, following quite a lot of physiotherapy.

150 / 88 with heart rate of 55 was this evenings BP reading  ???

Single readings are no good.

You need to:

- sit or lie down for five minutes before taking a reading.
- take three consecutive readings over a 10 minute period.

They are consistently on the high side throughout the day. I'll probably try and make an appointment with practice nurse to discuss BP testing

Last Friday I slipped on a ford when walking between Crantock and Newquay. I dislocated my Humerus bone from my shoulder.  I have broken several bones in the past but this is the most painful trauma I have ever had.

"What's the postcode?"

"As I say, it's a completely free service."

Wowbagger hangs up.

Onboard, presumably by analogy with outboard and inboard.

English these days seems to evolve by survival of the shittest.
