As I haven't got round to learning to swim properly yet I'm going to have a go at a Duathlon next spring. Obviously I need to wear some kind of shorts that I can wear for both the run & the bike leg. Would Tri shorts fit the bill?
If my understanding is correct they have a sort of minimalist pad. Not sure what to wear for the top half either.
