Now we have a boiled fruit cake & home-made museli&nut bars covered in dark chocolate.

It is time for another Pie Run, but it's going to have to wait a little while. I'm not long back on the bike after breaking my foot at the end of April. What with that, holidays, and a fixed (as in not broken anyone) and renovated Mercian to build up for the ride, it could be September before the big DPRX happens.

There's a fair chance that Marj will have baked again in the meantime.

it's a while since she has done a Lemon Meringue.

So we have a 4 storey meringue*:2 storey lemon & 2 storey meringue.
Death by sticky sweetness :thumbsup:

* to be precise we have half a one.It came out of the oven last night.
