Seems there's a slew suddenly.
It is simpler than it looks.

I've downloaded this and so far I'm quite impressed. I've only played with it so far, seeing what it suggests for routes that I know - but it does seem useful.

I tried the Bike Hub app and had mixed results.

When it knew the start and destination it was quite good.

However, it didn't recognise a major road in Peterborough and there's no way of dropping a pin on the map (as you can with Google maps) to tell it to navigate to/from there. If you were using it when touring you'd probably just want to drop a pin somewhere and say get me to this place without having to enter the actual address.

A good start though.

Has anybody played with this app much?  HK is having some problems with erroneous tracks and not being able to clear the track.  I'd appreciate a link to hints and tips on the web.
