A few weeks back I got involved in fixing a ballsed up delivery for a certain Scandinavian furniture retailer. What we'd sold them wasn't quite what they wanted.
A few emails swapped with their IT contractors & I rebuilt things to do what they were expecting & then sent emails to the account team telling them how to straighten the records up.
Someone senior was pleased with this ,so I'm going to have my picture in our internal newsletter with a STAR! against it & have now received a pre-paid credit card with ££ loaded.
