Strength training

Lapsed Body Pumper here, I want to get back into doing some thing but just do basic strength work at home with body weight or hand weights, I don't want to go back down the gym. I've basically done nothing since covid except cycle or dig the garden.

I've been having a look for info on the internet but getting a bit overwhelmed with what invariably are 'magazine type' articles with loads of yak in it, I invariably lose the will to live reading them.

All I really want is a basic program of exercise name, reps, sets and weight that I can list down on a bit sheet of paper. I'm quite happy to look up the form for individual exercises if I don't already know them (though I'm sure I'd have done most of them).

Does anyone have a simple babble free resource they could point me to?

Pick a challenge, print it off, and tick off the days.
