I've got a nokia e71, and have been using mail for exchange. My exchange admin required that I set a lock code when I set up the e71. Yesterday, in an effort to get ovi maps working, I did a hard reset. Now I have to reenter the lock code, and I can't remember it, and I can't get past the login screen to reset the phone (ie do without exchange). Can I get my lock code (this is just active sync, not the PUK code) myself, or do I need my exchange admin to delete my e71 from my exchange account?
