Fattoria La Vialla
« on: 31 December, 2010, 04:05:41 pm »
Someone on another forum posted a link to Fattoria La Vialla a few months ago, and in November I placed an order. I got pasta, artichokes (am down to the last jar now, I love them I love them I love them), olives with orange, red pesto, pepper jam, an onion saucey thing, and fruit sauces which will make nice cake fillings. My friends got delicious Italian delicacies for Christmas. The red pepper jam is disgustingly sweet though. It's not sweet like vegetables are sweet, it's sweet like golden syrup with half a ton of sugar dissolved in it.   So I'm trying it in place of sugar in a roasted red pepper and tomato soup.

Not a green certainly, but Limoncello are a good source of Italian products.

Fattoria La Vialla sent me their new catalogue today, along with little bottles of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  :)
