A600 Pedals v A520's

Is it an upgrade comfort wise, slightly lighter but is the width difference worth it?

I have both and don't really notice any difference.

I think my vote goes for the A520 as the bodies are polished alloy and the a600 are anodised.  The anodisation marks fairly quickly with metal spd cleats banging into them.

Despite a few anecdotal accounts, I'm not at all convinced that pedal platform affects hotfoot (at least, not mine!). The pressure is 99% through the cleat. So with SPDs, you can't change this appreciably.

(as it happens, I found that 'roadie' cleats don't help me either, so it's not really SPDs that are the problem! Again, other riders have observed differently, although I haven't seen anyone do the same controlled test as me.)

Matt, On PBP i found tillting helped after 300km either that or the stomach/chest pain or the undercarriage pain was hogging the pain capacity   ;)

Thanfully from day 2 onwards it seemed to have eased? The Hotfoot!

They seem to be functionally identical - first 300 on a600s yesterday and no noticeable difference, except they look better!
