I have this weird pain, on the RHS, bang in the middle front of the knee. Usually I dont notice it much, but if I massage or press it I get some sharp pains, which continue for about 5-10 minutes.
Is this nerve pain or muscular?
I can climb stairs without much discomfort but sitting in a chair for a long period of time, does result in a throbbing pain till I straighten my leg.
Seat height or cleat position has not changed.
