I've seen in a few magazines IBC hot tubs and keep threateningto make one. I've got most the bits to make one. Obviously an IBC and a old washing machine drum for the bottom of the boiler. Need to get some copper pipe which shouldn't be a problem but I'm thinking insulation. I'm going to clad the IBC with repurposed pallet wood so there isn't a lot of space between that and the outer of the plastic part of the IBC. I have seen solid insulation used and cut to fit but wondering if I used rockwall type in large plastic bags to keep dry would it work the same?
I know I'll also need a lid to help keep heat in when heating it up but can make this fairly easily
