Just to save the clicks, all it says is:

"Herts police were called at 3.08pm on Sunday, December 31, to reports that a woman had been followed by a man on a bike in Orient Close.

The man is described as tanned, with dark stubble, aged in his 20s and wearing grey sweatpants and a grey hoodie.

The Safer Neighbourhood Team has been made aware of the incident."

No helmet or hi-viz, he should be locked up!

An odd article...that road links two parts of the Alban Way cycle route, you'd be hard pressed not to follow somebody - but I reckon the story is missing some crucial detail.

The cycle path itself has seen several assaults over the years, and sightings of a black panther !

It is unlikely that a cyclist would follow a pedestrian for any period of time as the speeds are too different.

I suspect that there is more to this than meets the eye and that the behaviour was sufficiently worrying for the young lady to be concerned
