I've found just about the only nuisance calls i get obviously use automated dialing and there is always a pause between answering it, and their system managing to connect it to an available operator. You can tell easily when this has happened due to the failure to say hello immediately, and just hang up.

Call Guardian means the phone never rings in that situation avoiding the need to even answer.
