An organisation I am involved with has been using a Gmail account of the format organisationname@gmail.com.
There is also an associated calendar (at least I assume it's associated and not being run from a separate Google account).
Does anyone know how easy or difficult it is to transfer these to a new owner. The people who set the system up are no longer on the committee and we are in the process of getting everything they have (physical and electronic) moved to the new committee.
I assume that one could just tell a new user what the passwords and so on were and let them change them but I am wondering if there is anything more complex to do.
