... must be The Flatlands - the route is remarkably familiar!
You are in a maze of twisty flat droves, all alike.

Sounds like a job for a recumbent...

Tracker says 170 miles so far. It's like the moped incident never happened!!!!!!

I know it is tomorrow (?) but SA was in Goole an hour ago and the trace looks exactly like the Flatlands. A short 1hr (?) break before the return leg. At least Tomsk and Wilko for company? So that will be SA's 600 Q/er. Tremendous.

I was in that area on the Moors & Wolds - the wind was evil!

Indeed - and it turned to the SW on Sunday, though slightly less strong, but a headwind both ways is just what you need... very tough. Very cold and clear at night too, when at least the wind dropped for a bit. Both days the windiest time was out in the Fens, inevitably.

CHAPEAU! to Lesley S [one of TG's MK helpers and a member of Gt Easton Control Team on LEL 2013] and Geoff M [VC167] for completing their first SR in very testing conditions. You shall go to the Ball [in Paris].
