That's it - it's a lovely loop. Bit like stepping back in time as I don't think the road signs have been updated since the forties.

Not a bridge.
This is at the back of a huge 'Logistics Park' development in Leicester. I think it might (one day) be a very useful connection between two almost-but-not-quite parallel cycle routes that don't currently connect.
I'm assuming the concrete blocks are to prevent it becoming a 'challenge'!
