Can you use get_iPlayer for TV from outwith the UK?  IIRC it works for radio but I've not tried it with TV.

It's blocked when you have a non UK IP address.

Thought it looked tidy, but given the extreme lengths the beeb go to to pixelate many irrelevant things, on other programmes, they left on the exterior block details of his flat.
