Multiple AppleTV in one room

I would like to run Zwift on one appletv and Netflix on another appleTV to a separate screen but in the same room.  Are the remotes uniquely paired and if not is there a way to uniquely pair them?

The remotes (at least the touchpad and later kind) are Bluetooth, so they only control one at a time.

If you use the iPhone as a remote it lets you select which one to control.
