Title: Fancy veggie restaurant in Amsterdam

As the people on the forum are the source of all knowledge, I'm in Amsterdam for my wedding anniversary this year and I was looking for a really nice restaurant with a decent veggie menu that we could get dressed up to go out to on a Sunday night. We're staying in the middle of the city but we can get a cab if necessary.

Any recommendations from anyone?

Thanks for the tip Rafletcher, but I've been recommended a boat cruise meal somewhere else so all sorted now.

Veggie restaurants in Amsterdam bring out the wors stereotypical images out of me. you know.
Still, I've been at some decent salad (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astroturfing) bars there.

In case anyone else finds themselves looking for something similar, the blue pepper evening cruise is excellent. Multiple courses of great Indonesian food!
