That's a bladderful from 400 swimmers, which would be a large crowd for any pool.

A 25*2*10 metre pool would contain 500m^3 of water.
A cubic metre is about 222 gallons so 50 gallons of pee in a small pool would be diluted by a factor of at least 2000...

Not all at once, presumably. Unless synchonized swimming has acquired a few new features.

I saw this on the twitterwebs somewhere.  Some clever chemists had estimated the urine content of their local pool by measuring the concentration of some artificial sweeter that passes through the body unchanged, and comparing that the to the average amount found in Canadian urine.
