A few weeks back I set a new image for my Windows 10 Lock Screen.
Now I want to change it and can't. Right clicking on images and choosing "Set as Lock Screen" does nothing, going into the Lock Screen setting App and choosing a new image just gets a spinning wheel but nothing actually happening.
A google search shows that other people have had the same problem, but hasn't thrown up a solution.
