Pleasure spreads out on the map and the knapsack is full of joy.

Couldn't take a photo, but in my local primary school / polling station the election signage has been pinned on top of the Rules for a Happy Lunchtime, resulting in "Please put all rubbish in the parliamentary general election".

Not sure whether this fits better on the silly or sensible signs thread. All I know is that you are in trouble if your fuel tank is empty!

I'm getting a bit fed up the pub near my house.  "The Jolly Racist"
Tonight I'm trying the one at the bottom of my garden.

Given that these facilities might be used by 'merry' people, surely the architects/designers could have used something that looks completely different?

If only!

It's on a guided busway which is still under construction, so no idea what the "car trap" actually is.

It's a hole that's just narrower than the wheel-span of a guided bus. Here's one on the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway:

Beg to differ - the last Guinness I had in Paris was bloody awful.

Maybe I should have slapped a pound of butter in it.

"How to stress that people should cycle behind each other with oncoming cyclists or pedestrians? Use this sign! 'With oncoming traffic, do the bike polonaise!'"

Evidently the Dutch are more familiar with their social dances. And faced with a Silly Sustrans Gate, the bike limbo might be more useful!
