Title: Mountain BSO into Cargo BSO
Post by: Reg.T on 04 April, 2015, 07:42:51 pm
I've just posted this in Interesting and Unusual Bikes in On The Road, but I think it should be recognised here too. If you don't look there routinely then here's a link: https://yacf.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=1865.msg1840665#msg1840665 (https://yacf.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=1865.msg1840665#msg1840665)

And the photo, in case you CBA to click that:

Neat.
Yebbut... 15kg of BSO + 75kg rider + say 40kg of assorted stuff front and rear + one steepish hill with traffic lights at the bottom and one BSO's front brake to bring it all to a stop. Eek!

To be road legal, that just needs a coaster brake (or a rear disc).
