I planned to do this earlier in the year but it never quite came to fruition (all ridden from home, a combination of perms and DIY). It would have been:
1. 600 part 1 (back home to sleep in my own bed at 360km)
2. 600 part 2
3. rest
4. 300
5. 200
6 rest
7. 400 (starting at 10pm day 6 evening)
I would lose most sleep on the 400, therefore do that at the end.
