I just signed up for this years event. Is anyone else doing this 70 mile fun / charity ride this year ? I did it the year before last but gave it a miss due to the terrible weather last year.

That's a thought, getting to the start and home again will be the problem for me. On the last two years I have been doing a 600km randonee called The Three Coasts and come across riders on this ride in the opposite direction.
