Still got this very annoying cough, but going to come and ride anyway (Sorry  O:-))

To shorten the day I'm planning to drive to the compasses and then ride down to Witham for the start.

See you for Breakfast tomorrow.

Who's riding what?  I am 50/50 but suspect non COR given how much rain there's been but could be convinced to deploy the gravel bike..

OK - that has potential.... but isn't that bit at Bardfield 36km quite rutted? (granted it was quite a long time since I rode it, but I couldn't turn the pedals the ruts were so deep!

Bagman wont fit on the fixed without obscuring the rear light so it'll be J.ack with tailfin and gears as I am too tired to feck around sorting bikes anymore! I'll take a view on COR when we get there.

I'm out - beaten by logistics and lack of fitness.

HNY all.

I promise to make more of an effort on Wednesdays.

I enjoyed the pics, you all looked like you had a good time.
I note that there is a second Pelt of Destiny, I hope this is because of a recent purchase rather than mitosis being made possible by lack of laundering.  ::-)

The second Pelt was a monkey suit.  The original Pelt is still going strong, it was first worn in 2012!

Ive watched everything ever broadcast by Sir Attenborough, and I never realised how similar monkeys and reindeer are.

 Thanks to all for a splendid day out, especially Josser for organising and sussing out just-about-rideable COR.

A brewery stop at Epiphany is definitely an 'Annual' thing now.

Thanks to Josser for organising and to everyone who came out.
Most relaxed enjoyable day on a bike in ages.

The Musky Pelt of Destiny is currently airing before being stored away for the next 12 months. Who will get to wear it next year I wonder !!!!  ;D ;D ;D
