beach take off

I finally got to Barra (the first time since moving here 11 yr ago) Had a lift down but took the flight to Benbecula that takes off from the beach on barra, a great experience  :)

I haven't done the landing  :(

I had a lift down with a work colleague as we had to visit all GPs en-route, and had equipment with us. He had to stay a few more days to train staff, so I got the flight. Maybe the plane next time - Barra is so nice I'm going to make a twice yearly PR trip essential  ;)
