Title: Folders on the Docklands Light Railway (London)?

I saw in some small print that folding bikes must be enclosed in a bag to be taken on the DLR.  Is this enforced?  Thanks.

Looks like they've changed the guidance to say bikes are allowed on as long as they're folded - see Bikes on public transport | Cycling | Transport for London (http://www.tfl.gov.uk/roadusers/cycling/11701.aspx)
