As per the subject, what is the earliest date I could have bought a Cateye EL300?

I need to know how old mine is.

I was working in Richard's when they came out so that would have been, um... 03/04?

I do know that they were so cool I nabbed one right away and it's still going.

I think they were available before August 2003, I am sure there are pictures of people using them on PBP that year.

Twin EL300s were quite popular at PBP03, I used one. I think they showed up near the end of 2002.

Aye I remember getting one not long after they came out and that was Summer 2002.
