Exams! Do it any time after the 11th (That isn't the 13th because Rapha sample sale in Glasgow) and I'll play out.  ;D

Wow, what kind of sadist makes people sit exams on a BH Monday :o

Looks as though you should be OK that weekend, but I'll be riding over in the Lakes.

2016 Statistics: 88 starters, 76 finishers. Worth mentioning that two of the DNF's rode all of the route and were just out of time.
2015: 42 finishers.

Well, I love this ride so much I bought the company we rode it again.

The weather was both better and much, much worse than last week. Still a great ride, and the organiser even came out to play. You'll be pleased to hear my camera packed up, so none from the ranges, where there were astonishing views stretching to the north and Scotland. I was sure I could see the Eildons. And none of the biting, lashing, stinging hail which assailed us just after the airstrip. And, sadly, none of aidan's combat roll into the ditch to dodge said hail. But here's the rest:

Much better photos from Dean and Chris than mine - but I finally got round to finishing my write-up. What a totally awe-inspiring ride. I would do this again if I could.

Great writeup in the Blog Graeme. Certainly a ride to put on the 'to do' list.
