I'm in That London today so unlikely to make the roundabout depart from Witham, may go direct from home if not back too late.

I’m sure I can find a good pub in Bude. More miles less beer.

I will be riding tonight,
I will be at Spa Rd for 7:30 depart but not expecting a large group.

My choice of route will be dependent upon who turns up and what the weather is doing, open to real time discussion at Spa Rd.

Happy Sunday everyone.

Any news of the choice for Wednesday night - it just says "pub" on the calendar...

Stebbing, White Hart I think was voted on Saturday for this week.  We need one over towards the East for the week after.  When does the Swan at Lt Totham have it's beer fest?

The Swan Lt Totham has it's beer festival from Friday 7th to Sunday 16th June (Fathers Day).

This week's venue and I have thankfully swerved a silly o'clock meeting for Thursday morning
Regards,

Joergen

The Swan Lt Totham does have its beer festival on - I checked it out last night on the way home.

There is the usual tent in the rear garden, and the HGV trailer/stage.

Extreme caution on the turn off the tarmac onto the potholed gravel access down the side of the pub.

I shall raise a glass to you all, in the very swanky Beechfield House Hotel, near Melksham, Wiltshire.  :-*

Blimey, Scandinavia and Wiltshire all in the same week.  Why don't you just come to the Swan, it's much closer.

I have an incredible feeling of CBA coming on, obviously got nothing to do with the heavy liquid sunshine and prospect of sitting outside in a damp marquee  ::-)

Light rain in Witham & Maldon for the outward bound - maybe a bit more rain for the return home.

Well, none of it is on Strava, and if it isn't on Strava, it didn't happen ;D

Given that I have just dried out from last week, and the forecast from my most optimistic find today https://maps.darksky.net/@precipitation_rate,2019-6-12,19,51.615,0.088,9

I'll not be at Spa Rd, but will ride there direct, aiming to arrive about 9pm

Will anyone be at Spa Road? Maybe a more direct route might be in order.

I will be at Spa Rd. Happy to decide a route "real time", what time would you like to meet?

Changing to dry shoes, socks and a bike with full mudguards and lights before setting off.

Main Rd (Hatfield Peveral to Boreham) was kitty littered overnight.

I noticed that last night.  Decent tyre-track channels to ride in, but very deep gravel piles to the left.
You are in a maze of twisty flat droves, all alike.

Was going to venture out for the first time in ages, but forgot I have organised a village meeting for the beer festival tomorrow night
