It was a bog-standard point and shoot Sony W170, which started to play up a lot during the trip so we're in the market for a new one!

We had considered getting an SLR for the trip, but decided it wasn't practical when cycle touring.

Thanks.
I like using our Cannon 400D, but as you say just too much hassle to take on tour. We have a Fujifilm A170 for touring. Big plus it uses ordinary batteries so no recharging issues.

That is three weeks old then, now it is nearly two months old my beard.

Still have plenty of panos to build and videos to upload, hard work this coming back from a tour.
Current mood: AARRRGGGGHHHHH !!! #bollockstobrexit

It's even bushier and thicker now! He's keeping it for the time being ('cos I like it) while continuing to shave the top of his head. He grows past the hairline, you see.  ;D

Super photos, I know nothing about New Zealand, I hadn't realised any of it looked like that.

It's soooo nice to see these - I'm still savouring the memories of our trip there earlier this year, including some of the same places shown here.  Even the same Kea, I expect!  I will resist the temptation to post my 689 photos on YACF, but only because they are not cycing-related!

We didn't see a Kea :(
Do not clench. It only makes it worse.

Camper - we had a week on the North island and two on the south. Amazing place!

And we saw loads of Kea - at Arthur's Pass.  8)
