Flickr and Yahoo grumble

My Flickr account appears to have vanished into the ether.

I was Helen**** but there now seems no trace of this.

I have two linked Yahoo email accounts - <myname> @ btinternet.com and helen*** @ yahoo.co.uk

Logging into the first previously automagically gave me access to Flickr.

The bt email address works and is the one I use for my day-to-day emails. I don't seem to be able to log in to my secondary email address or to flickr.

Hum. Mine's still there. Last time I used it was 2013, so they can't be purging the low-traffic accounts.  I have a whole 5 pics on it.

I can't log in - can't remember my password. If I try and reset my password it claims no account linked to my email address. If I try and open a new account it claims there's already an account linked to my email address.

I've NOT forgotten my passwords but Flickr won't recognise the one I use for my Flickr account. I am NOT going to reset this. I've had a similar run-around wrt to  the account linked to my primary email account.

I think I'll go away and hope the geeks sort this out.

I tried that. They were supposed to send a code to my mobile.

They did after around eight hours by which time I had closed the relevant tab on my browser and I was doing Something Else. I can't seem to access my secondary Yahoo! email account either. I am NOT prepared to risk losing my primary email by resetting passwords etc when I seem to have these OK.
