Sorry - I can't agree with you about David Starkey or Brian Sewell.  I'm not the greatest fan of either, but they both can be brilliant in their own ways.

cant believe you missed out Nicky Campbell.

I'm not his biggest fan but I like Shelagh and they have a good double act going so I can tolerate him.

Garth Crooks - there's something deeply smug and annoying about him.

Another Jeremy - that smug former England rugby player who appears on the BBC rugby programs. Can't remember his surname.

guscott.  He threatened me with a "good kicking" once in a pub in Bath for talking to one of the girls in his group on valentines day.  I decided cowardice was the best option, finished my pint and left.

Jeremy Guscott is almost single-handedly the reason Scots hate the English these days. At least when Brian Moore isn't on screen.

Paul O'Grady - his voice makes my ears bleed.

Paul Dacre.

Oh yes.  Just to make sure, in case their appearances on TV somehow slip through the net of my previous categories, I have to make sure that:

Paul Dacre

Kelvin Mackenzie

Richard Littlejohn

and

Garry Bushell

are all included...

Fortunately Terry Christian seems finally to have disappeared up his own arris, and Regulator has already nominated Jimmy Carr so it has to be James "The Cock" Allen.  Please please please please please please please please please can he be abandoned in a cupboard when the BBC takes over F1 coverage next year?

I met him on a train once with his daughter, and we talked for a couple of hours. He's a very nice man, actually, and not remotely twattish.

Once upon a time, maybe. It's all just pretentious self-regarding pseudo-intellectual tosh these days.
