I had Cav in my team, then I took him out, then I had him in my team, then I took him out. Fahk.

Chuffed for him though  ;D

I think this is the first time I've done one of these things and all of my team has survived until the first rest day!

I took the league Yellow jersey pretty early on and have protected it up to now .... my team is fairly sprint heavy though so I think I might be going backwards soon ..... unless Pinot and Nibali go for some maverick breakaways.  I guess Rodriguez might fancy a crack at a stage to bow out with too?

ACME Anvil Draggers had a very slow start, languishing close to the bottom of the league, but climbed to second through the efforts of Cav, Cummings, Majka and Froomey.  I suspect that this might be our highest point though: we'll be overtaken by teams with Sagan in them at some point (I'm assuming Cav will drop out in deference to the Olympics...).

Is Jakob Fuglsang competing on a kid's tricycle or something? He hasn't earned me a single point yet.

It's a good tussle this year with lots of people fairly close and swapping positions on a daily basis. Bring on the Alps!

I see Cav has now dropped out.  I was beginning to think he might go the whole way (at the start, I was half expecting him to drop out before the Ventoux stage, and when he stayed in this far I was beginning to think he would keep going to Paris).

I've usually lost way more riders by this point though.

I never thought I'd ever say this, but congratulations to Spotty Perineum, pipping VC Bobb to the win, with Oaky rounding off the podium.

For me, I can see now that the Giro/Tour double was never going to happen.

I'm pleased with my Bardet pick. Marcel K let me down - I thought there was a good chance he'd win at least 3 stages. I never thought Cav would come close - if I had then I wouldn't have picked Boassen Hagen. I think I picked Alaphillipe a year early. But I'm trying really hard to remember why I didn't even consider Sagan.

I'm amazed! I've never done better than mid-table mediocrity before. And so few points in it too!

Well done to Spotty Perineum, taking it from VC Bobb at the line by a well-timed trackie's bike throw!

Phew!   ACME Anvil Draggers didn't quite hang on until the end, but I was never expecting to be in contention, really, and was as surprised as anyone to find myself leading for a while.

Sentimentality always gets the better of me when picking the team, so I almost always end up picking Cav over Sagan (even though my head always tells me at the time that Sagan will score more points).  Cav really came into some good form this year, though... Let's hope he keeps up the track training!

I thought Kiryenka might've had a better time-trial, despite the obvious main mission of pulling Froomey around the stages.
