I'm pretty sure that's Joff. (http://www.crazyguyonabike.com/doc/?o=3Tzut&doc_id=1451&v=1A9)
He should be returning from his round the world Penny Farthing tour on the 9th Nov. :o
Roger the Hilldodger recently had this message from him:
"The plan is to finish this ride on the 9th of November at 1pm in Greenwich Craft market in London, looking forward to a pint in the coach!"
-
He's nearly home! We need to do something to welcome him back. Perhaps we could could get to Greenwich...

I was trying to remember his name... Recently spotted in NYC, by Bikesnob (http://bikesnobnyc.blogspot.com/) (scroll down quite a long way), although he obviously wasn't recognised.

And he's got a pith helmet! Top man.
-
And the British flag on the back makes sure everyone knows he's eccentric! ;D
-
What a cool photo! 8) Can it go in the calendar?
How he does he do hills? I see he's been in NZ, Tibet... :-\

After he set out (on a failed rtw attempt) from an event we did in Leicester in 2003, someone rang in to radio 2 to ask "why the **** is someone weaing a pith helmet riding a penny farthing down the A1?" ;D ;D ;D
