Title: Shimano R540 Pedal Inserts

Has anyone come across replacement 'Pedal Body Covers' aka plastic inserts for Shimano R540/105s.

Chain Reaction have Ultegra ones but they are just that little bit differently shaped.

Got some for my R540's from onyourbike.co.uk (http://www.onyourbike.co.uk/parts/pedals/pedals-spares/shimano-spares-pd-6610-pedal-body-cover-45f-0600) though their shop is offline until January, they list them as PD-6610 Pedal Body Cover. They are part number Y-45F06000 so fit R540 (http://techdocs.shimano.com/media/techdocs/content/cycle/EV/bikecomponents/PD/EV-PD-R540-2304B_v1_m56577569830728609.pdf) and 5600 (http://techdocs.shimano.com/media/techdocs/content/cycle/EV/actionsports/PD/EV-PD-5600-2573_v1_m56577569830608602.pdf), as well as 6610 (http://techdocs.shimano.com/media/techdocs/content/cycle/EV/actionsports/PD/EV-PD-6610-2362A_v1_m56577569830608604.pdf).
