They're being very vague about it, but there's something on shortly about
"Laws that cyclists need to know"

Past experience suggests I'm not going to enjoy this ...  ::-)

It might be a helpful and informative piece by an experienced on-road cyclist encouraging people to get on their bikes instead of in their cars, and how to do that in the safest way, perhaps with a bit on legal bits you might not have thought of.

Or it might not.

Like jumping red lights. Which they discussed 3 seperate times.

But otherwise it wasn't too bad, not what I feared at all!

Caught the tail end. Was there no London based instructor company other than the IAM available?

Yes. The first part was about free cycle training available from local authorities, delivered in this case by members of islington cyclists. Lots of good stuff about door zones and poorly designed cycle lanes.
