A REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE ...

I am in the process up upgrading Son of Oscar the Ribble's lighting system.  I need to crimp a pair of 2.8mm female spade connectors onto the end of a dual core wire and heat shrink the connectors.  Does anyone have a crimping tool and more importantly know how to use it?  Thanks in anticipation  :-*
Crimping tool and selection of crimps to be hand delivered to OD this morning.

If the king billy is the chosen pub i have a route that does not take in TMNH but does allow for a cheeky pint in the compasses.
It is two of my normal routes joined together.
if people are ok with it. I know it breaks all the rules

I think it's missing something! Can't quite put my finger on it...  ???

...Oh that's it!  :o It doesn't go near King Billy!  ::-) A cheeky pint in the Compasses but no pint in the selected pub of the evening.
Hang on! That's my routine.  ;D

What happened to the old one Del? I had to get a replacement Edge 810 from Garmin as my old one gave up the ghost and refused to do anything! Charge, turn on..........

OD/Huggy are you gracing us with you presence this week? I guess you will be testing out your new lamps OD

Looks like a battery failure. Not bad going though 6 1/2 years use out of it! I've also ordered a battery and the teeny tiny torx bit so I can have a play with it.

A reminder that we're due to be going to Billericay in a fortnight's time [5th Nov, The Coach and Horses], though this can be re-arranged if it doesn't suit.....

Double bum.  I'm now working on the evening of the 5th (actually I'm taking customers out for drinks so it hardly qualifies as work ...

Of course I forgot that was the reason that Tomsk re-arranged the Billericay trip. Enjoy your drinks and remember no kitten killing!!

I have read a bit about the 1000 and it looks like a tidy bit of kit

I may be around for a 'gentle' spin on Wednesday, by gentle that means no TMNH and dropping off the back if necessary.  Now the general swellings and bruises are subsiding I'm feeling a more concentrated bruised/cracked rib type of feeling.  I can ride once I'm on the bike but dis/mounting can be a little tender still and haven't tried heavy braking yet either.
Looks like it could be a chilly one this week - maybe a first frosty seat?!

You will be ok for Wednesday as Oros has chosen a flat route for us to follow no MNH in sight....... I had seen the drop in temp as the week goes on so I think your prediction will be right with the first frosty seat!

I'll meet you lot at the Compasses, all being well - about 8.15-ish, assuming 9pm at the King Billy?

I'm skipping the Wednesday rides at the moment, too much on with work to be knackered all day on Thursday. I am hoping to sort out my new wheels for the commuter in the middle of this month so hopefully work will have calmed down and I can get back into it!
